Founded in 1979 by James Parker, J.L. Parker Plumbing Inc. has completed thousands of projects both large and small, yet remained committed to the values of a family owned business.

Now in the second generation of family ownership J. L. Parker Plumbing looks to remain an industry leader in quality and integrity, serving our clients with the highest standards.

Brad Parker
Managing Director / Owner

Brad Parker is the owner and Managing Director responsible for the overall operations of the company.  As a second generation owner, Brad grew up working in the family business from an early age.  After graduating from Texas Tech University in 1999, Brad joined J.L. Parker Plumbing as a Journeyman Plumber and quickly moved into the position of Project Manager.  Brad also holds the Master Plumbing License for the company.  After nearly 30 years of ownership of the company, Jim Parker retired in 2008 and Brad Parker purchased the company.  Under Brad’s direction, the company has continued to experience double digit growth every year, even in a slower economy. 

As Brad will tell you, “We have many key employees that have provided input for a number of years to help our company develop the best systems in the commercial plumbing business.  These systems drive our business and help to deliver a great experience to our customers.  We have some great people working for us that take ownership in driving the systems that guarantee the high level of service and quality that built the company’s reputation.”   

After more than 20 years in the business, Brad is as excited as ever about the opportunities ahead for J.L. Parker’s employees and clients..


Stacey McKee
Director of Production and Finance – Joined 2005

Stacey manages the accounting and human resources for the company.  Under Stacey’s direction, in addition to implementing systems that allowed our vendors and subcontractors to be paid within 10 days, she is also responsible for the systems that allow our property management and general contracting clients to stay on top of their own job cost and billing. 

Several clients have complimented on the accuracy, fairness and timeliness of our billing and job costing processes.  One of our areas of expertise is contract billing; we always make sure it is submitted to contractors on time and with all the correct paperwork requested in the contract.   Stacey has been with the company for over eight years and she has been instrumental in improving the systems utilized by our clients and employees.

Michael Coronado
Project Manager - Joined 2003

Michael Coronado is a project manager at J.L. Parker Plumbing. Michael is responsible for overseeing and managing projects in the DFW area. Michael brings 16 years experience, starting his plumbing career in 1995, doing service work and small commercial jobs. During his career with J.L. Parker Plumbing, he became a licensed Journeyman Plumber with his medical gas endorsement. For many years Michael was a successful lead plumber running projects from ground up buildings, tenant finish outs, and medical buildings. After much success in the field, he moved into the office to become a project manager.


Ashley Holcomb
Director of First Impressions - Joined 2013

Ashley is responsible for our front desk and assisting the entire team with the overall operations of the company. She manages our bid log, permits and inspections, all warranty and service calls, and assists with accounts receivables and payables.

Prior to joining J.L. Parker Plumbing, Ashley worked in Human Resources and as a Collections Manager for a Corporate Office in Garland, Texas.
